For customised orders placed through Facebook/Instagram, the shipping method/ time/ cost might be different. Please contact us for more details.

Shipping Time and Cost
 

  • After the order has been placed, it takes approximately 5 business days to process your order.

  • The order will be shipped using Standard (7-14 business days depending on delivery location).
    *Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery
    *Orders delivery to places outside Canada may have longer shipping time, 
    please contact us for details 

  • Delivery may be affected by carrier transportation delays, invalid address, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions and other external factors.
    Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

  • Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make one delivery attempt and leave a notice with instructions on where to pick up the package.
    For details, please contact with the carrier.

  • Taxes may be charged, including GST (Goods and Service Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) where applicable in advance when you place the order.

Shipping Logistics Issue Follow-up
 

  • If your package has not been delivered, or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us to verify within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.​

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO address
